Are the vases handcrafted? Many of our vases are handcrafted by skilled artisans, which may result in minor variations in shape, texture, or glaze. These subtle differences are part of the unique charm of each piece and do not count as defects. Product descriptions specify whether an item is handcrafted for clarity.
What materials are the vases made of? Our vases are crafted from a variety of high-quality materials, including ceramic, glass, terracotta, and stoneware. Exact materials for each product are listed in the detailed description section, along with care instructions tailored to the material type.
Do the vases come in different sizes? Yes, most of our vase designs are available in multiple sizes to suit different floral arrangements and spaces. Size options are displayed in the product dropdown menu at checkout, with dimensions (height, diameter) clearly listed in the description.
Order & Shipping
How long does order processing take? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may extend slightly during peak seasons or promotions, and you will be notified via email if there is any delay in preparing your shipment.
How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the shipping carrier’s website.
Are international shipments available? We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, with a few exceptions due to logistics or regulatory restrictions. If your location is ineligible for shipping, you will be notified during the checkout process. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
Damaged & Return Policy
What should I do if my vase arrives damaged? We use specialized packaging to protect fragile items, but if your vase arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged vase, packaging, and shipping label, and we will assist with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Can I return or exchange a vase? You may return unused, undamaged vases within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping fees. The vase must be in its original packaging and condition. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean and care for my vase? Care instructions vary by material: ceramic and glass vases can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water; terracotta vases should be wiped with a damp cloth (avoid prolonged water soaking); and hand-painted vases should be cleaned gently to preserve the design. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools.
Can the vases hold water? Most of our glass, ceramic, and stoneware vases are water-tight and suitable for fresh flowers. Terracotta vases are porous and may require a sealant if used with water—this is noted in the product description.
General Questions
Do you offer gift wrapping? We provide optional gift wrapping for all vases, available for selection at checkout for a small additional fee. Gift-wrapped items include a minimalist ribbon and a blank card for your message.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? We can cancel or modify orders only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes—once the order is in transit, modifications are no longer possible.
