We process orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you promptly if there is any delay in preparing your shipment. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery until it reaches your doorstep.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for domestic addresses, while international shipping may take 10-20 business days, depending on customs processing and regional logistics. Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as they are subject to delays by the shipping carrier, including weather conditions, customs hold-ups, and other external factors beyond our control.
Given the fragile nature of our vases, we invest in specialized packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Each item is wrapped in shock-absorbent materials, secured in sturdy boxes with protective padding, and labeled as fragile to alert carriers to handle with care. Despite our best efforts, if your vase arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will guide you through the process of resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, your delivery location, and the selected shipping method. These fees will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are no hidden costs. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the specified criteria. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country, and these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
