This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging vases purchased from the website, ensuring a transparent and fair process for all customers. We strive to provide high-quality products, but we understand that circumstances may require you to return or exchange an item, and we aim to make this process as smooth as possible.
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the vase must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Handcrafted vases may have minor inherent variations in shape, texture, or glaze, which are part of their unique charm and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.
Custom or personalized vases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed-upon design. Final sale items, if applicable, are also excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless required by law.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items (e.g., wrong design, size), please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label as proof. Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement, full refund, or exchange at your discretion. We cover all return shipping costs for items that are our responsibility.
For non-defective items that meet the eligibility criteria, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and adequate packaging to protect the vase during transit, as we are not liable for damage or loss incurred while returning the item. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the designated process to obtain a return authorization (RA) number before sending the item back. Items returned without a valid RA number may be refused or delayed in processing. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer packaging to ensure efficient handling.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will verify if it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Exchanges will be shipped within 1-3 business days of inspection, subject to product availability.
If a returned item is received in a condition that does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., used, damaged, missing packaging), we reserve the right to reject the return, charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s price, or issue a partial refund reflecting the item’s diminished value. The customer will be notified of such decisions and may opt to have the item returned at their own expense.
International returns and exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria, but customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees associated with returning the item. We are not liable for delays or additional charges incurred due to customs processing.
